team TOUCH YOURSELF has made the week. What a fabulous name for a touch footy team!? And glad to hear you are getting amongst some sports now that the sun is shining on London town. All is quiet on the western front and Anthony Bourdain + Days off is destruction. I have been eating 2 minute noodles al dente, thats winter for you. Dancing it off tonight with MJ at a Trance night however, although i'm sure my daily calorie intake is off the richter... If I could pronounce or spell the name of the Icelandic volcano, I would liken my intake to that, but we all know it has a ridiculous amount of letters. Anyway. The freight train of fitness and dietetics destruction has derailed. Again. And MyZone (thats a NSW government joke you are probably out of touch with..) is definitely experiencing some major delays, congestion and overcrowding.
there is so much room for improvement haha.
