DIL DAY FOUR

Booyah! Friday!!!!....
Getting geared up for a few days of sleeping in and room organisation...
Didn't make it to American Apparel last night.. don't think l ever will - too proud... l did however JOIN THE GYM!... its a tiny step towards body brilliance - the huge step is actually going, which l will... l promise.

Tonight l am planning on going out with some mates to a bar down the road that has 'two hours of power for £5' (thats all you can drink in two hours for 5 quid ahhh)... this could be disasterous - but l have been told an excellent hangover remedy of one boiled egg - or a slice of tomato - before going to bed, so this should stop me from flaking on the gym Saturday afternoon.

Motivation #1 - if Kelly Osborne can do it....

There is also a 6 weeks pilates beginners course at the gym that l am thinking of joining up to.. its free with the membership after all and will be great for core muscles and posture! To help motivate me, l have pre ordered the new Angus and Julia Stone album from Australia.. love.

Breakfast: Mixing it up a little today with an apple and English Breakfast Tea...
Lunch: Unfortunately it was burger day at the work kitchen - and its not everyday you get your hands on a piece of 100% quality beef in London soooo l hit that.
Snacks: Coffee

I have joined the free website that helps you keep tally of your eating - calorieking.com.au... it seems to be a really handy way of monitoring your diet, so a big thankyou to Bec for getting me onto that one!

ISSUE - Burger Day SOLUTION - Make sure there's lots of salad on it!
