Day two and l have suffered a major fall back. Damn Pancake Day caught me in the last possible hours of Day One and l found myself consuming 8 large chocolate circles of diet death with maple syrup for dinner.... dead to me Alex, dead to me.
DAY TWO ISSUE - Taking unofficial celebratory Days way too seriously. SOLUTION - Make everyday, Vegetable Day.
Today the sun is shining and the air is calm with a post rain afterglow... wonderful.
Breakfast: Apple, Banana, English Breakfast tea.
Made a trip to the gym to check out the possibility of joining - tried to get a discount - was told to come back thursday - DONE.
Had a lovely, relaxing sit in the sun at Golden Square reading my book at lunchtime.... walk time to the park - 10 mins
Lunch: Chicken Sandwich combo, yogurt with museli clusters, orange/mango/lime juice.
NOTE TO SELF: Dont ever drink that juice again... it tasted like concentrated ass water.
