So a week has gone by - and my diet hasnt gone completely according to plan.. but l always figure that failure is going to come in the first week.. its like a teething process - you need to learn your weakness' and crush them!
So far its been a relatively so so day
Breakfast: Apple, English Breakfast Tea, Rhubarb yogurt.
Lunch: Fettuccini, Pancetta, Gorgonzola Cream, Garlic & Tomato Bread
Total of two coffees and a banana inbetween.
I didn't have time last night to make a salad for lunch due to a gig in Farrington, so the creamy pasta from my work cafe was my only option - can't say l complained too much - it was freaking delicious!!
Tonight, my diet is in the hands of whatever my sister decides to serve me... but not before l get half an hour in at the gym!...
Advice to all those looking for an amazing new live band - The Dawn Chorus... blew my socks off!...
