DIL DAY FIVE AND SIX

Right so some catching up to do over the weekend!
Friday night, £5 two hours of power - good god... 6 Litres of lemonade vodka later and l'm dancing like a maniac!.. l feel that going out is actually like a workout - but fun (especially where my dance moves are concerned.. crraaazzzzyy)... ended up walking home from the pub... which actually turned into me running home from the pub.. the housemates were walking way too slow and l still had a mass amount of energy left.. so overall l feel l balanced out my excessive drinking with cardio.

Saturday was a slow process of getting out of bed... after arriving home and stuffing my face with chips and noodles the night before, my hangover was subdued, but my body definitely wasn't responding as quickly as it should have.
Breakfast: tomato spagetti on buttered bread.... yuuuummmmmmmmmmm!!!! It hit the spot...
My day was pretty lazy... l basically spent the whole day trying to convince myself to go to the gym.... failed, miserably... l did however walk 20 minutes to Sarinas house for a movie night, so not all was lost!
We chilled on the bed and watched 'He just not that into you' and 'the boat that rocked' while snacking on maltesers and feasting on chicken and pesto pizza... plus apple strudel and icecream for desert.... yes l know, l know.... but it won't be happening again.

Sunday l woke at Sarinas house after deciding to spend the evening rather than brave the cold!!...
She cooked up a lovely breakfast of tomatoes, egg and ham... its like the healthy version of a big breakfast... l chilled with her for a little while, tossing up whether we should go to the cinemas to see 'Precious' or not.... l declined after some calculated thought - gym, gym, gym, gym, GYM, GYM!!!!!....
Walked 20 minutes home from Sarinas, got dressed and went straight across the road to the sports centre.
WORKOUT
20 mins running on tredmill
10 mins cycling
05 mins arm cycle
Was wearing a D.A.R.E shirt the whole time... l wonder if everyone in the gym could hear me mumbling to the adjacent mirror - 'dare to be healthy' 'dare to be beautiful' 'dare to try'.... cringeworthy hollywood inspiration.
I didnt want to over do myself too early in the game - and l smashed my knee cap on the arm cycle machine cause my legs are too long, so l was in pain...

Had a shower and went across to Sainburys for some grocery shopping...
So so proud!!
