DIL DAY TEN

Whats up...
Bec - l'm stocking up on trophy polish as we speak.
Last night ran for 30 mins at the gym with 3 mins on the arm cycle (slowly working my time up)... Dinner was a chicken stirfry with satay sauce - almost completely convinced l'm going to get food poisoning after l had the chicken uncovered in my fridge for two days, froze it, and then being lazy, defrosted it in the wok.... l love thee wonderous world - farewell.

Got distracted and forgot to sign up for the 6 week pilates course - damn.
Have decided l will gt a DIY pilates DVD and force my new housemates (who are pilates instructors) to give me lessons at home... because l can't imagine anything else they would rather do after a whole day of pilates classes, than come home and do pilates with their completely incompetent housemate.

The fruit in my fridge is rotting and my vegetables are moulding... but ah.. l'll still eat it - not one to waste food!!

Breakfast was a peach and apple and tea.
Lunch was an amazing test of will power as l ignored the chicken stroganoff with rice on the menu and instead opped for tomato and mozzarella on toasted bread with pesto and pinenut potatoes and a tomato and cucumber salad... yum!
2 cappucinos, one banana.
Gym tonight again... l think l'm getting into a nice little routine...can't wait for the face to start having definiton!
There are mirrors surrounding all the machines at the gym so you can watch yourself work out... l plan on making a shirt that has - run bitch run - backwards so when l'm on the tredmill, it will read correctly and l can be inspired by my own crudeness and the time l ran a 20 min walk in 3 minutes - remember that bec... genius...
